Thanks to all who signed our petition to release the Murray Darling Report. We have sent off the petition.

No surprises, the Government didn't release the report and instead it released an uncosted policy promise.

The Liberals Greg Hunt responded to our emails indicating they wanted the report released and they will do so if elected. We got no response from Labor's Penny Wong, The Greens Sarah Hanson-Young or the Nationals Barnaby Joyce. See  full report here

The fight against the super tax continues as does the campaign to fight "after-school jobs robbed".

In relation to the Tax, the coalition opposes it, Labor supports it and the Greens want to increase it.

Our petition remains open for the next Parliament.

On After School Jobs Robbed we were disappointed with how squeamish all the parties were on workplace reforms. One was fighting the 2007 election again, one was silent and the minor parties barely mentioned real jobs.

This is one to take up, whoever wins.

Thank you for the support and participation so far.  It is early days and when we soft launched we weren't expecting Kevin Rudd to be dumped and an election called so quickly, so we were updating tools and campaigns on the run.

We soldiered on and did the best we could do.
