Last century there was, in the U.k a window tax.If you wanted more daylight you had to pay.That was abolished now they want to tax the air we breath. The problem is we are too civlised,maybe that Ozzie spirt of a "fair go". Needs to be replaced with a "Hell No" spirit we are not going to accept this, and simply refuse to pay. In a true Democracy we would not have to.
